In-Game Community Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with ambition and initiative to join a fast-paced, rapidly expanding, online games company based in Cambridge and help us achieve our ambitious goals for 2008 and beyond.

Our growing Player Support team makes up over half of our employees and, while we do work in traditional areas of customer support, we work within a unique environment to enhance our players' gaming experience - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - across a wide range of activities.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with proven experience in online community management and a real passion for games. You will define the strategy to provide support for the community to grow and thrive in a competitive environment and manage the communication between the Player Support department and our players.

We are looking for an individual with charisma, drive and energy who not only has the ability to demonstrate leadership on a daily basis in a highly professional way, but also has the ability to deal with a growing amount of in-game volunteers. Reporting directly to the Head of Player Support, you will be responsible for all aspects of community management.

Salary
£35k (up to, depending on experience) plus annual bonus, private healthcare, gym membership and other benefits.

Location
Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work in Cambridge or relocate if offered the position.
