However, we do collect and store information which is voluntarily provided via forms on our websites, or from communication with us, such as selecting a user name and password upon account creation, or providing contact information when starting a subscription.
In addition, to make use of our customer support service we often ask for contact information and provide a number of security questions which we can use to verify a player’s identity.

We use cookies and collect and store I.P. addresses in order to identify specific computers that access our websites. We also store 'save game' and 'game setting' information to enable us to provide a better games service in which a players’ activities and achievements are remembered in the game, and we conduct polls to find better ways of serving the needs of our users.

The information we collect may be used:

We only hold data on those under 18 years old that we believe is reasonably necessary for them to participate.
Please note that players should be very careful before making or posting any communications on our websites. Certain information is visible to other players of the game, such as public and private chat. Furthermore, if a player adds another player to their friends list, they can see which in-game world they are playing on.
If we become aware that we hold any personally identifiable information for any player aged under 13 years old, it will be deleted from our system to ensure the protection of the child’s privacy. We will also ensure that the child will not be prompted to disclose any further personally identifiable information.
