If you have any problems using bank transfer, please first check your bank account or GiroPay account log to see whether the payment has gone through. If you are using iDeal, you may also be able to check your payment through the subscription page – by clicking on "check orders" under the package information. If your payment has gone through and your subscription hasn't yet begun, please contact billing support.
