"Our generous RuneScape community has helped us raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for some incredible causes. We are focusing on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people by partnering our chosen charities. Together with the support of our player communities, we have raised over more than £1million ($1.4million) to share between our charities. Thank you for your generous, and ongoing, support."
Phil Mansell, CEO
Through our charitable giving initiatives, we aim to make a real difference to people’s lives. There are a number of ways you can get involved, from sharing this page, visiting the charities websites or making a donation. Most recently, Jagex won the Best Financial Wellbeing Initiative award in the Inside Out Awards for Excellence in the Mental Health Agenda during Lockdown for our Covid related work with our mental health charities last year – that’s the 5th Charity award for Jagex since 2018.
CPSL Mind is a local mental health charity that provides support to individuals experiencing mental health problems, both during periods of crisis and on the road to recovery. We promote positive mental wellbeing and tackle stigma and discrimination within our communities.
Our STOP Suicide campaign, which Jagex wholeheartedly supports, aims to prevent suicides by raising awareness of the warning signs and giving members of the public the skills/confidence to have open conversations about suicide if they are worried about someone – and help those at risk to stay safe.Make a Donation
Rise Above The Disorder (RAD) is dedicated to making mental health care accessible to everyone, everywhere. What began as one gamer's mission to help just one person overcome their depression has evolved into a massive community seeking to help everyone in need of support. To achieve its mission, RAD provides entirely free mental health services to gamers through its grant program goals, creating and sustaining a universal mental health care system that's open to everyone.
RAD has helped more than 28,000 people find the hope and happiness they deserve. RAD believes recovery should be warm, welcoming and culturally relevant. RAD's team is comprised entirely of young adults and teenagers who share their wisdom, and foster an environment of self-improvement and self-empowerment.
RAD's message of hope unites thousands in support of recovery, believing that no one should suffer alone. RAD helps people share stories, create local meet-ups, and provides free group therapy meetings - just a few of the ways the RAD community is rising above.Make a donation
Blueprint for All believes that your race, ethnicity or background shouldn't limit what you can achieve in life. Their work directly addresses some of the key challenges that hold people back. The charity believes all young people should receive the education, training and support they need to reach their potential.
Programmes provide inspiration, opportunities and support to talented young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, enabling them to succeed. Blueprint For All works with innovative organisations and businesses, such as Jagex, to address disparity of opportunity, so everyone’s talents, skills and perspectives are valued.
