Paying by Credit Card

You can start a recurring subscription using credit or debit card. There's no minimum subscription term – payment will be taken every month until you cancel your subscription, or in the event that your game Account is permanently Stopped for breaching the game rules. The cost of your subscription depends on current exchange rates.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express worldwide, and we also accept JCB, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo in the UK. You can also use gift credit cards as long as they support overseas and online payments.

Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your credit card details secure.

We'll automatically charge your credit card around 72 hours prior to the expiry of your existing subscription term, and we'll send you an email each time we charge your card. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so at least four days before your subscription automatically renews, to make sure you aren't charged.

If you need to update your card or contact details, re-subscribe using the new details. Your current subscription term will carry over to the new subscription, and your previous subscription will be cancelled immediately.

When you subscribe, you agree to the following terms:

  1. By submitting your order you are making an offer to subscribe to the relevant Jagex product. Your offer is accepted and a binding contract occurs when we send a message to your account mail inbox confirming that your payment has been received or if you log into a subscribers-only part of a Jagex product (whichever comes first).
  2. All subscription payments will continue to be taken in advance at the relevant intervals (e.g. monthly in the case of monthly subscriptions) until you cancel your subscription.
  3. The amount of your subscription payments may change if the price of your subscription has been changed in accordance with our Subscription terms and conditions.
  4. Payments by credit cards are also subject to your agreement with your credit/debit card provider which forms a separate agreement between you and your credit/debit card provider and is in addition to these terms and conditions.

Please note that you are agreeing to an automatic debit each time your subscription renews. We will not request authorisation before taking each payment. Payment will be taken at the relevant intervals based on your subscription term.

Payments will only be taken within the terms of the above agreement. You are free to cancel this agreement at any time, but payments will continue until you cancel.
