CASE STUDY

In March 2024, Jagex welcomed more than 100 students aged 12 - 16 to our Cambridge studio to celebrate International Women’s Day, opening our doors to the next generation of creative talent. 

These aspiring young students explored what it’s really like to build games, meeting the people behind the worlds of RuneScape and discovering careers across art, audio, and narrative design.  

Moments like this are a powerful reminder of why representation, access, and inspiration matter, and of the role we can play in helping young people see themselves in the future of games.
